Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing

Online and phone estimates are indicative. The binding price is the one our crew gives you on site after seeing the volume and access. You may decline at that point at no cost.

Materials we cannot accept

We do not haul hazardous waste, including liquid paint and solvents, fuel, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste or ammunition. If such materials are found on site they will be left in place and we will point you to the appropriate county facility.

Access and property

You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items presented and that safe access is available. Our crews protect floors and doorways as a matter of course; report any concern before the crew leaves so we can address it.

Scheduling and cancellations

Arrival windows are estimates and may shift with traffic or job conditions. Cancel or reschedule free of charge by calling (470) 516-6247 before the crew is dispatched.

Items removed are final

Once loaded, items are routed to donation, recycling or disposal and cannot be retrieved. Set aside anything you wish to keep before the crew begins.
