Perimeter Center Office Decommissions Done Quietly

Dunwoody's Perimeter Center turns over office suites that still hold cubicles, lateral files, and copiers nobody wants to move twice.

We decommission floors after hours when the building requires it, with COIs ready for property management.

Georgetown and Dunwoody Village residential jobs often pair with a small office clearout across the Perimeter, one dispatch covers both.

Inventory photos help us send the right crew size the first time.
