Cabbagetown Streets Are Too Narrow for Dumpsters. Here Is the Fix
Historic eastside Atlanta where roll-offs cannot park: hand-loaded hauls from alleys, porches, and shotgun houses.
September 3, 2026
Cabbagetown and Reynoldstown were not designed for a thirty-yard roll-off. The streets are tight, the driveways are short, and leaving a dumpster for a week is how you meet every neighbor for the wrong reason.
That is why we send a crew and a truck that loads and leaves. Items come out by hand, basement stairs, front porches, alley gates, and the street is clear again in a couple of hours.
Historic homes, careful carries
Inman Park Victorians and Cabbagetown shotguns have original floors and narrow turns. We pad doorways and take our time on stairs. A piano or safe is doable when we see photos of the path first.
Downtown condos and offices too
The same Memorial Drive dispatch covers Downtown condo clearouts and small office furniture removals, including after-hours loading when a building requires it.
